Refunds and Exchanges
It is of fundamental importance to us that our customers are entirely satisfied with thier purchase. Should for any reason this not be the case, we will gladly provide you with a full refund or exchange within the framework of our Refunds & Exchange policies.
We strongly encourage that any items that are being returned be shipped via Registered Post; Please ensure your items are packed with care for postage as we cannot be held responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost via return delivery.
To request a refund for all or part of your purchase, simply, email us at Gloucester Meat, return the item/s in their original condition with everything intact within 3 business days of receipt.
Refunds can be made to your nominated bank or paypal account, please provide your relevant details as required.
Shipping charges on any order are not refundable. Where goods are shipped free, shipping charges will not be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges can be made by emailing us at Gloucester Meat, and returning your items in their original condition with everything intact within 3 business days of receipt, please ensure to include details of the item/s you would like in exchange with your return parcel.
Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the sender.
In the event that we send you incorrect merchandise, we will send out the correct order with a reply paid satchel for you to return the incorrect goods.
Whilst we take great care to ensure to provide you with quality products, it is unlikley however in the event that you should find your item to be faulty please email us email@example.com and we will arrange an immediate exchange/refund.
Stock is subject to availability, in most instances this will be identified on the website. However as our stock can/does tend to have limited numbers and once sold out we are unable to back order items.
By placing an online order with us you make an offer to purchase a particular product/s or service for the price (including the shipping charges) specified on this website at the time you place your order.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any offer for any reason, including, but not limited to, an error or omission in the price or the product description, or an error in your order.
No binding contract shall be formed unless we communicate to you that we have accepted your order and payment of the purchase price has been confirmed.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Prices are correct at time of purchase but are subject to change without notice.
All Meat Packs are usually delivered within 7 working days, also depending on product availability. We may also contact you regarding suitable delivery times.
Any information that you provide is protected by our secure server. We will not distribute, sell, trade or disclose your details to any third party, other than to fulfill an order that you have requested or in the event that we are required to provide this information by law.
By providing us your email address you will however receive the occasional email about specials and new collection arrivals; you will recognise these as they will always be from an @gloucestermeat.com.au account.
Should our policy change we will provide notification to our customers by updating this section of our website.
At Gloucester Meat we recognise that our customers like choices when making payments online, as such we are able to offer two payment methods.
Paypal offers a secure payment method for Mastercard, Visa or Direct Deposit options.
Simply select PayPal at the checkout and you will be directed briefly to our checkout area at the Paypal website.This payment process is immediate.
At Gloucester Meat we recommend to use a secure gateway with PayPal for all orders, however we are happy for direct deposit payments for purchasing any of our meat pack as well.
** please note: we do not commence an order until funds are received into our bank account.
